Noa Elle is a name synonymous with effortless style. The line is designed in the heart of the Los Angeles fashion district with the “everyday women” in mind. Noa Elle's designs hit that sweet spot between easy-to-wear bohemian style and the more simple, modern, contemporary trends. With design experience spanning 25 years, the brand strives to give women fresh and trendy options at any age, size and attitude. Noa Elle pieces can be easily dressed with your favorite pair of ripped vintage Levi's or dressed up for a night out with the girls.

About the Designer

Sigal Levi, founder and designer of 2tee Couture and Noa Elle, always had a propensity for fashion. Raised in Los Angeles, she found herself surrounded and influenced by the ever-changing fashion world. By the age of 20, Sigal opened her own showroom, curating hand selected brands that were up and coming. Through her work, she often traveled to Europe, ultimately learning about fashion from the best in the industry. Naturally, Sigal continued to further her fashion career by working as a designer for well-known brands.

Sigal is inspired by the way apparel can easily change a person’s appearance and loves seeing people embracing their personal style. However, with the fashion world continuously evolving, she found it difficult to find modern apparel that fit every woman.

After the birth of her son, Sigal decided it was time to fulfill her life-long dream of designing her own line. In 2011, Sigal founded 2tee Couture. Three years later, she founded Noa Elle, which she named after her son. Both lines can be found in stores nationwide.
